Abstract
Based on the analysis of design features and the results of the survey of a residential building on Pinter Street, 8 in Donetsk, which received structural damage as a result of hostilities, it was established that: the technical condition of the structures of the first entrance is limited operational, on the ninth, technical floors and roof is emergency; the technical condition of the structures of the second entrance is emergency. Measures have been developed for the further use of the residential building.
