Publishing Agreement
An article signed by its author(s) is to be submitted to the Editorial Board in an electronic version. The article is attached with the information about its authors (last name, first name, middle name, e-mail, home address, fax, telephone numbers) while indicating the person to conduct correspondence with, and as well with an expert opinion on the possibility for the article to be published in public media.
By sending an article to the Editorial Board of the Journal, its author (co-authors) transfer(s) to the publisher on the free of charge basis for the duration of the copyright under the current legislation of the Russian Federation the exclusive right to use the article or a separate part thereof (if the Editorial Board of the Journal accepts the article for publication) at the territory of all countries where copyright is protected in virtue of the Russian Federation international treaties, inter alia the following rights: to reproduction, distribution, public display, making available to the public, translation into foreign languages and reworking (and the exclusive right to use the translated and/or reworked article in the abovementioned ways), and to providing the abovementioned rights to other persons. To do so, the author (co-authors) along with the article submits(s) to the Editorial Office a signed Publishing Agreement for the right to use the scientific work in the Journal.
