Abstract
Based on the analysis of the design features and results of the survey of the school building No. 3 in Kirovskoye, the analysis of the consequences of multiple workings of the building by mining workers of the Komsomolets Donbass mine, it was found that the damage from the influence of mining operations is in the area of deformation seams, the remaining damage is caused by physical wear of structures and operation of the building without carrying out repairs. To ensure normal operating conditions of the building, measures have been de veloped, including strengthening of individual structures, carrying out repairs, etc.
