On taking into account the impact of old mine workings in calculations of ground surface deformations

Abstract
Surface deformation computation method has been analyzed for the seam under consideration and the overlying seams taking into account impact of abandoned workings. It is shown that the scheme for the impact of abandoned workings described in the Regulations for undermining… should be corrected in terms of mining sequence of the overlying seam.
