Abstract
Generalization of the available practice concerning ground surface protection when workings of the mines to be closed are flooded with water and monitoring of ground surface deformations and deformations of buildings at the areas of the closed mines has been made. Procedure for sequential employment of protection measures for surface objects in the impact zones of closed mines taking into account the results of monitoring of ground surface, buildings and structures is proposed.
