Abstract
The model of geometrical and physical nonlinear distortion of cubic system anisotropic elastic medium is used in this work. The analytical presentations for nonlinear second harmonics of localized SH waves are built for a waveguide in the form of layer between a different type half-spaces. The numerical and analytical researches for the NaCl layer and for half-spaces of silicon and germanium are built.
