Abstract
At the end 2008 in the Institute of Geophysics NAS of Ukraine has entered message report on earthquake in settlement Beloe Lugansk area, which was felt local inhabitant and was accompanied deforming the buildings and road covering. As a result called on studies are motivated technical nature felt by population is knocked-sound effects and influence of ekzogen factors on origin deformation.
