General information about the Collection

• The Collection is published since 2007.

In accordance with the recommendations of the Presidium of the Higher Attestation Commission of the Ministry of Education and Science of the Russian Federation, the Collection "Transactions of RANIMI" is included in the "List of the leading peer-reviewed scientific journals and publications, wherein the main scientific results of theses for the degrees of a Doctor of Science and a Candidate of Science must be published" in the following scientific specialties in the sphere of engineering sciences:
2.8.3. Mining and Petroleum Geology, Geophysics, Mine Surveying and Subsurface Geometry (Engineering Sciences);
2.8.6. Geomechanics, Rock Destruction, Mining Aerogasdynamics and Mining Thermophysics (Engineering Science);
2.8.8. Geotechnology, Mining Machinery (Engineering Sciences).

The Collection is included in the Russian Science Citation Index (RSCI).
By the Decision of the Interdepartmental Working Group for the Scientific Journals "White List" Formation and Update the Collection "Transactions of RANIMI" has been included in the Unified State List of Scientific Publications—the "White List."

Target Audience.

"Transactions of RANIMI" is a publication for scientists, representatives of the expert community, employees of industrial research institutes, scientific and technical personnel of mining companies, university professors, postgraduate students, students and other persons, who feel interest for mining.

The main topics of the articles published in the Collection include: new results of original theoretical and experimental studies, as well as generalizing and review articles addressing topical issues in the development of geomechanics, underground geophysics and ecology of industrial areas.

Basic Provisions on the Collection’s Activity.

The following works are published in the Collection "Transactions of RANIMI":

• articles presenting new scientific results on the subject matter of the Collection;
• reviews of published works on topical issues in the development of geomechanics, underground geophysics and ecology of industrial areas.

Submitted manuscripts undergo preliminary and final review and, if necessary, are sent to the authors for correction and revision.
Manuscripts and abstracts thereto are published in the journal in Russian and English.
The journal publishes original articles only. The author bears sole responsibility for compliance with this requirement.
Manuscripts not accepted for publication will not be returned to the authors.
Editorial Board retains the right to abridge and edit the text of the article. Authors may make corrections to the text and figures only at the stage of the article been prepared for typesetting.
Proofs will not be sent to the authors for review.
Failure to comply with the manuscript layout guidelines will result in publication delay or rejection of the article.
Authors are not paid any remunerations.

Eminent specialists and scientists with recognized achievements in the sphere of geomechanics and mining are engaged in the operation of the Collection.
