        <p>The experience of solving problems to ensure safe operating conditions of surface facilities on the territory of existing and liquidated mines of the Postnikovskayamine site is given. The object of the study is repeatedly earned residential buildings and public buildings located within the mining branches of liquidated and operating mines: the Postnikovskaya mine, the Shakhterskaya mine, the Kiselev mine, the Do netsk mine of the Torezanthracite Mining Complex, mine No. 20, mine No. 17, the Fominskaya mine No. 12. Based on the consideration of the actual technical condi tion of the completed buildings and structures, the maximum permissible depths of flooding of mine workings and protective measures to ensure the safe operation of these buildings are determined.</p>
